Almendras Llopis S.A.U (single-member joint-stock company governed by Spanish law) (“THE CUSTOMER”) (hereinafter referred to as the Service Provider), responsible for the website, makes this document available to users in order to meet the obligations specified in Act. 34/2002 on information society services and e-commerce (LSSIC E), as well as to inform all users about the terms and conditions of use of the website.
Each visitor of this website is the user and undertakes to comply with and effectively enforce the provisions specified herein, as well as any other legal provisions that apply.
The service provider reserves the right to change any type of information that may appear on the website without the need to notify the users or communicate to them provisions mentioned above, considering their publishing on the website of the service provider as sufficient.
RESPONSIBILITY
The service provider does not bear any responsibility resulting from information published on its website in the event such information was modified or published by third parties.
The service provider of the website may use cookies (small information sent by the website to the computer of the person visiting the website) in order to perform certain functions deemed necessary for the proper operation and display of the website. Cookies used on the website are of a temporary nature, having the sole purpose of facilitating their subsequent transmission, and disappear soon after the end of the user session. This website was checked and verified to function properly. In principle, it is possible to ensure its proper operation for 365 days a year, 24 hours a day. Nevertheless, the service provider does not exclude the possibility of certain software errors or force majeure, natural disasters, strikes or similar circumstances that could prevent access to the website.

The service provider provides the users with an informative clause, once they have introduced personal data.
When personal data is collected by the website: http://llopis.es, the user will be the only person responsible for filling in the forms with false, inaccurate, incomplete or not updated data, being previously informed in a clear and obvious manner that Personal Data provided will be processed in order to send advertisements associated with our products and services in any way (mail, e-mail or phone) and invitations to events organised by the event company. Shared data will be stored until the request to cease the activity is submitted.
Data will not be transferred to third parties, except for cases in which a legal obligation occurs.
